The QY type oil immersed submersible pump consists of three main parts: a water pump, a motor, and a seal. Water pump part: located on the upper part of the electric pump, composed of impeller, pump body, and inlet joint. There are single stage and multi-level types, and the impeller is fixed on the upper end of the shaft extension with a nut or cone sleeve. Motor part: Located at the lower part of the electric pump, it is filled with No. 510 mechanical oil to facilitate heat dissipation, cooling, and bearing lubrication of the motor winding, making the electric pump suitable for rural areas with high voltage fluctuations, without causing the motor to burn out due to voltage loss. Sealing part: includes two parts: dynamic and static seals. The dynamic seal is located on the upper part of the motor bearing, and the sealing cavity formed between the uppet bearing seat and the water inlet joint is filled with 5-10 mechanical oil. Single stage mechanical seals mostly use double end mechanical seals. The static seal is located at the joint fitting of various parts of the electric pump, Adopting an "O" type rubber sealing ring. When the motor is connected to a 380V power supply, the stator generates a rotating magnetic field, causing the rotor to rotate, thereby driving the impeller to rotate. The high-speed rotating impeller generates pressure on the water and flows out through the pump body through the outlet pipe.
